Meeting estimator applicaiton, theMeetingCalc ™ is an online service that allows meeting planners to estimate an entire meeting or event at your hotel in a few minutes. The planner enters dates, the number of guests and the number of days for each event, including F&B, AV and special services you offer along with their personal information. MeetingCalc immediately sends the completed proposal - including itemized costs, gratuities and taxes - to the planner and your sales department. The Calculator enables your sales staff to be pre-informed, prepared and ready to close the deal with their first call to the client.
